These Dynamic Route Information Panels help road users quickly and easily receive up-to-date traffic information while on the move. An important function in which reliability, visibility and safety come together.

Designed for a demanding environment
A roadside DRIP is permanently installed outdoors and must withstand a wide range of conditions. Wind load, location, accessibility and integration with the complete traffic system require a structure that has been considered down to the finest detail.

VDL Mast Solutions therefore managed the process from the design stage onwards. The structures were developed specifically for the project, with attention to strength, durability, assembly and efficient execution on site.

Production under one roof
Following the engineering phase, production took place in-house. By keeping design, production and implementation close together, quality and scheduling remain well under control. This is essential for infrastructure projects, where different disciplines and tight execution schedules come together.
Each structure is prepared with safe and smooth assembly in mind.

Installation when the road is quieter
The installation took place at night. Precisely when traffic decreases, there is an opportunity to carry out work alongside and above the road carefully, with as little disruption to road users as possible. During such a night-time installation, everything must be just right: transport, lifting equipment, traffic management measures, the assembly team and coordination with all parties involved. This preparation allows the structure to be positioned efficiently and safely in the right place.
